Minimum stay?
Minimum stay is 5 nights. Need a shorter stay? Ask us—when operations allow, we try.
Utilities?
Unlike many rentals that add $250–$500 in electricity fees, we include it. Just help us out by switching off the A/C when you’re not home.
Kids & safety?
We happily provide travel crib, car seat, and high chair on request. Note: steps, garden paths, and pool area are not child‑proof—active supervision required.
Drivers & insurance?
Valid license; minimum age 21+. Child seats available on request. We’ll explain insurance options clearly before arrival.
Weather and boats?
All boating is weather‑permitting. If a trip is canceled, we reschedule or swap for a comparable experience (e.g., private chef dinner or an island land tour). Plan B is built in.
Beach clubs—what’s covered?
We cover entry & parking at Jan Thiel clubs and pre‑reserve your beds. Loungers/cabanas and F&B are paid directly to the club.
Payments & security?
For your security, we only invoice via tommycoconut.com or our official payment provider. We never ask for bank transfers in WhatsApp or DM.
